Who We Are

Parkchester Watch Group (PWG) is a volunteer-led community advocacy organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for everyone who lives, works, and visits Parkchester. Founded by residents who care deeply about the future of our community, PWG serves as an independent voice that promotes constructive solutions, civic engagement, and informed advocacy.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bring residents together, identify community concerns, and work collaboratively with condominium boards, management, the sponsor, elected officials, city agencies, and other stakeholders to help make Parkchester a safer, cleaner, more transparent, and better-maintained community.

How We Advocate

We believe that effective advocacy goes beyond identifying problems—it means proposing practical solutions. PWG researches issues, gathers resident feedback, and develops recommendations designed to improve communication, accountability, public safety, building maintenance, infrastructure, resident services, and overall quality of life.

Educating and Empowering Residents

We strive to educate residents by providing information on condominium governance, city services, resident rights and responsibilities, and how to effectively report concerns and engage with decision-makers. Through educational resources, community outreach, and volunteer involvement, we aim to empower residents to become active participants in shaping the future of Parkchester.

Our Independence

PWG is independent of Parkchester management, the condominium boards, and the sponsor. We are a community-driven organization committed to respectful, fact-based, and solution-oriented advocacy.
